The collection and valorisation of used cooking oil are classified as non-hazardous waste under code 200125, in accordance with Morocco’s National Charter for the Environment and Sustainable Development and the national waste catalogue.
Basel Convention
Regulated transboundary movements
Export operations are carried out in compliance with the Basel Convention, with approval from the competent authorities of both the exporting and importing states, together with the prior notification procedure and movement document.
